Five Elements Life Guide provides digital products including BaZi calculations and AI-powered life readings. All products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a reading has been unlocked and accessed.

Once you click "Unlock Full Reading" and complete the payment, the full reading becomes immediately available. At this point, the product is considered "consumed" and is not eligible for refund.

3. Exception: Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased reading (e.g., the page fails to load, content does not display), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You can reach us via the Contact page.

We will investigate the issue and may offer a refund or replacement reading at our discretion.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged multiple times for the same reading, please contact us with your order details. We will process a refund for any verified duplicate charges.
